Boardwalk Property Holdings, LLC is a privately owned real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition and management of income properties.  We are now raising funds to capitalize on some of the many real estate deals currently available throughout the United States. Right now there are many safe, “buy & hold” deals that already have tenants in place, at price/income levels not seen in many years.

This buyers market has been brought about, in large part, due to the very limited access available to the credit markets. With the traditional lenders shrinking the array of deals they will finance, an opportunity has been created for those investors looking to receive a safe, yet high, fixed rate of return on their money. The business practices that we have been using since 1998 are not exciting or new, but they are very effective. We are practicing the same buy & hold techniques that have been growing wealth for generations. We target properties in steady, moderate growth locations, not boom/bust cities, and we still own every property that we have ever bought. The flip side of this situation is that it can be very difficult to sell real estate now. Even though interest from buyers is growing, there are very few buyers with the proper financing to actually complete escrow.
