NO INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY VACANCY RISK: Your investment with us is backed by all of our assets, not just one specific property, so your investment and payments do not fluctuate with the vacancy rate of any specific property or area.
NO REAL ESTATE MARKET DISPOSITION RISK: The value of your investment with us is not tied to the value of any specific properties or the overall real estate market. We are not looking to sell any properties in the foreseeable future, so your principal amount and payments are unaffected by market fluctuations. We prefer to keep our relationship on a ‘you loan us money and we pay you interest’ basis due to its simplicity and due to our profit on the properties after years of ownership.
